Billing questions, answered
How do credits work?
Credits are the single currency for all generations. You get them two ways: a monthly allowance included with a subscription plan, and one-time credit packs you can buy any time. Your balance shows one combined number, and generations spend subscription credits first. Pack credits are yours even if you cancel your subscription — they stay on your account and expire 12 months after purchase.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep your plan and its benefits until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Unused subscription credits lapse with the plan, but any credits from one-time packs remain available until their own 12-month expiry. You can resubscribe at any time.
Do prices include tax?
Listed prices are before tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout by Stripe based on your billing address, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm payment.
Can I get a refund?
Because credits give immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once you start generating, in line with consumer law on digital services. See the Terms of Service for the full refund policy and your statutory rights.
Can I gift credits to someone else?
Yes. Any credit pack can be bought as a gift — after payment you receive a gift code to share. The code is valid for 12 months, and the credits go to whoever redeems it, not to your account.
Can I try Sartrix for free?
Yes. New accounts get free tries so you can test generation modes before paying, and the Free plan lets you keep exploring the app. When you are ready for more, upgrade to a plan or grab a credit pack.
Full details on refunds and your consumer rights are in the Terms of Service.
